We wanted to make sure that the puzzle pieces would stay securely in place but we also wanted the puzzle to be customizable by the end user. Solutions The puzzle pieces are ceramic tiles covered with decals. The tiles are mounted with velcro to wooden tiles. The wooden tiles have brass rails glued to the edges. The velcro allows the user to remove the ceramic tiles and replace them with tiles of their own design. The brass rails allow the puzzle pieces to slide smoothly but keep the tiles securely in place. The chairs are decorated with decals of images that match the puzzle images.
