Their site is content-rich and serves three main, distinct user groups: faculty, staff and students. There was plenty of information for each group but users consistently complained that they couldn't find the information they needed. Solutions Information on the Web site was divided into categories based on the user so that people could see the information that pertained to their user-group. A Flash control panel was developed for the site's main page so that lots of information could be presented on the same screen in different layers. Subsequent pages provided the information that users wanted and also pointed them to other information related to the same topic.
